The challenges of everyday life and physical exertion from work or sports require energy, muscle strength, and nerves. This can lead to an increased need for magnesium and B vitamins.
Physical well-being and performance are influenced by various factors. These include sufficient exercise and a healthy diet with an optimal supply of vitamins and minerals.
Magnesium is an essential mineral that the body cannot produce itself. Furthermore, it can only be stored to a limited extent.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism, and the normal function of the nervous system.
Vitamin B1 also contributes to normal heart function.
Vitamins B6 and B12 play a role in the normal formation of red blood cells, which transport oxygen in the blood.
Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
The B vitamin folic acid contributes to normal blood cell formation and plays a role in cell division.
