How to search for products?
You can search for products in the Wanning official online store through the following methods:
1. Search by product keywords: Enter product keywords in the search tool field at the top of the homepage/any page.
2. Search by product category: Select the desired product category from the category catalog at the top of the official website to browse products in that category.
Do I need to pay shipping fee for delivery service?
Orders with a net price of $400 or more (only applicable to the final amount after deducting discounts, electronic coupons and promo codes) can enjoy free shipping. Orders with a net price of less than $400 will be charged $35 for shipping.
What is the delivery time for door-to-door delivery?
Under normal circumstances, products can be delivered to the designated address within 3-5 working days at the fastest. Delivery hours are from 9 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday. Delivery arrangements are suspended on Sundays and public holidays. It is also not ruled out that delivery time may be affected by holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). When Gale Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery service time will be delayed.
What is the delivery scope and precautions for door-to-door service?
Delivery scope is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery hours are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, except in rural areas. Delivery service will not be available on public holidays.
If the delivery address is within the area of a village house/or small house, the logistics company usually arranges for delivery at the village entrance/or intersection where parking spaces are available, and the delivery person will notify you by phone before delivery.
Customers need to confirm receipt of the product by electronic signature. If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the customer's request to leave it at the door or be collected by the management office/reception desk, no compensation will be paid.

How to check the expiry date of a product?
Under normal circumstances, Wanning's official online store sells products for no less than four months. Since products come in different batches or have different shelf life, please refer to the instructions on the packaging for the actual expiry date and will be subject to the actual receipt of the product.
What payment methods does the online store accept?
The online store accepts credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) as payment methods.
Please note: Do not refresh or open a new page during payment, otherwise the order will not be generated; for transactions paid by credit card, customers may need to open the bank application to confirm payment.
Do you accept payment after delivery?
The online store only accepts payment before delivery, and does not provide cash on delivery service yet.
